Bold XI

The Bold you know and love - upgraded

The VJ Bold XI is an orienteering shoe that maximizes grip, lightness and protection

The Bold XI is the newest version of the Bold line. In its core it’s the same Bold you know and love but improved and refreshed.

We’ve improved the cut of the upper of the shoe, making the shoe fit and feel even better on your feet than the previous versions. In the Bold XI, we’ve enhanced the tongue and made it softer to combat chafing. After these improvements as a bonus, the shoes are also lighter.

In the Bold XI’s heel, we’ve used the Soft Heel technology, which reduces pressure from the heel bone and Achilles tendon and makes the heel fit like a glove. Toes are left with a bit of extra space to spread, which improves the runner’s balance.

The upper is made of extremely durable and light Schoeller Keprotec material produced in Switzerland. It is also Bluesign approved, which means that only sustainably developed production methods have been used.

The Superior Contact outsole is where the signature VJ grip comes from, it’s designed to maximize grip in all types of terrain. The star-shaped carbon steel studs offer a superior grip compared to traditional round studs.

Be like the pros, choose VJ Bold XI.
